The notice of poll contains details of all candidates who are running for election in this constituency and any replacement lists submitted by those candidates.
Polling Scheme June 2024
The polling scheme for the Constituency of Louth, which will apply at the European and Local Elections on 7th June 2024, is available to view by clicking on the link below. The polling scheme lists the location of all polling stations and the sections of the Electoral Register assigned to each station.
Work Applications
We are currently accepting applications for work at the next General Election, from people aged 18 years and over. A date for this election has not yet been announced but it is expected to be held before the end of 2024. To be eligible to work at the election you must not be actively canvassing for any party or candidate in any election which may be held on the that day. Note that this includes posts made on social media.
Applications must be made through this website by clicking the "Work Application" option on the menu at the left hand side of this page. The election office is not staffed between elections so we have no facility to accept applications by phone or post. For the same reason we cannot respond to queries concerning any application.
